Order Cancellation and Modifications
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, kindly contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been packaged or shipped.
- Cancellation Fee: A fee of 6.9% + $1 applies to cover payment gateway, warehouse, and platform costs.
Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- The product has not been delivered within the guaranteed timeframe (45 business days, excluding processing time).
- You received an incorrect or damaged item.
To request a refund or exchange, please provide:
- Unpacking pictures and/or videos of defective items.
- Your order number and full name.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
Return Policy
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or error, please adhere to the following guidelines:

- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will vary based on your chosen carrier.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever is later.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items undelivered due to a shipping carrier error will be replaced at no additional cost.
- If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, the replacement cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds or Returns/Exchanges May Be Refused If:
- The order includes pre-order or custom-made items (final sale unless defective).
- The order is in transit and cannot be canceled.
- Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.
- Delays are caused by customs holds or unforeseen circumstances.
- The return request is made outside the allowed return period.
- Items are returned without prior notification or authorization.
Delivery Failure
In the event of delivery failure, we will contact you via email. If you fail to respond or provide accurate contact details, we will not be held responsible for order loss.
